Well things are getting some what better even though Joel is out of town this week!! I miss him so much!:(He is building a taco bell with his crew in Ohio. My friend Christina is staying with me she is so sweet. It is hard to take care of a puppy by yourself! He is a pain in the butt just like any lab would be at 8 weeks. But he is just so cute his baby blue eyes. He follows me everywhere we are best buddies. My dad went for his test on Friday and today he went for his stress test which took 3 hours. We will find out results hopefully soon. Heather is doing better she is coming over tomorrow night i am SO excited I miss her so much. She is having her surgery on Friday and will be in the hospital for 2 -3 days. It is going to be a slow process but she will get through it she is a strong girl. They said she won't be able to walk on that leg for 6 months. Well its been a good week so far besides Joel being gone i am so looking forward to him coming home Friday. Well thats it for now take care everyone:)

little steps
Well thanks to Julie I now have some pictures for everyone to see!! thanks Julie. Well its up north for Joel and I again this weekend to spend time with my father and step mother. We are going camping this time to relax since last weekend was not very relaxing. My dad goes in for some tests on friday and then monday for a stress test. Then to a specialist in September. So this the start and I am so happy for him to make this decision to find out what is going on it is so scary to think about. We just got to keep letting him know how much we love him and to let him know how important he is to our family. Joel has been working hard lately going to work all day then coming home trying to get our house finished he is a trooper. He played in softball tournaments on monday and tuesday with two different teams. His tuesday night team won his division so they are the champs!. Well its back to work for me take care everyone!

Downs and Ups
Joel and I went up north this last weekend we thought for just a wedding then it turned out that my Grandma Hunter passed away on Friday she was suffering with Brain tumors that were very cancerous and had the surgery on Thursday. Friday morning we got a call saying she had passed away! So the suffering is now gone and she is in such a better place we will miss her SO much!! Then we had another scare my father .
It was about 4:45am and my step mom came to get me and she was yelling hurry and i went into their bathroom and there sits my dad not responsive, sweaty, not breathing well, gray, and eyes were rolling. This was the hardest thing in my life to see happen. I called 911 and when i got off the phone and they were on their way he started gaining conscious then it was like he was fine and he doesn't remember a thing. We made him still go to the ER and they did a few tests and come to find out his blood count is low so his blood pressure bottomed out. This happened last year around this time also. SO my family is putting the smack down on him and he is going to the doctor on Wed.
and we are going to get a referral to a specialist in Petosky. It is just one thing after another "when will we ever catch a break". For good news my friend heather is doing much better she is home now but still in a lot of pain. I went to visit her the other night and she is getting back to her normal self. That's all for now it sure has been a rough month for us but we are getting through it all together. Here are some pictures from the weekend.
This is Emma, our friend's baby.

A New Life...
It's going on a month now that Joel and I have been married. It's been a huge adjustment but also the best my life has been. A lot has been going on with Grandpa Collins going to the hospital for his heart problem, my Grandma having brain surgery and my friend Heather getting into a real bad car accident. I feel good now that I know she's doing a lot better but it was hard sitting by her side watching the tears roll down her cheeks. It makes me realize that we should live everyday like it's our last. Joel is really looking forward to hunting season. That's all he's been talking about lately. We are loving married life!! Here are a few pictures from our wedding day:
